On 02.10.2022 attorney-at-law Petar Kulenski was elected for a member of the Bulgarian Parliament. Within the timeframe of his public mandate he won’t be available in Ruskov Law Office.

He has been in practice for more than 7 years, providing litigation services before court and arbitration bodies on all instances, including representation of clients in cross-border litigation procedures. Mr. Petar Kulenski also possesses insightful legal knowledge in the field of the commercial transactions, real estate deals, insurance and contract law. • Mediation during the building and the purchase or energy plants for production of electricity from renewable energy sources;
• Appeal of administrative acts of WERC (Water and Energy Regulatory Commission), as well as appeal of Decisions for environmental impact assessment (EIA Decisions);
• Litigation regarding claims against the electro transmission companies CHEZ, EVN and Energo-Pro;
