• Consulting in the field of Bulgarian corporate tax and accounting legislation – Value Added Tax (VAT), Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Accountancy Act;
• Preparation of periodical and annual financial statements in accordance with the Bulgarian and European legislation;
• Consulting regarding all questions concerning deals with movable and immovable property and adjacent local taxes;
